  1. Send us the product to be repaired.
    Pack it carefully to avoid any damage and send it to us by post or door-to-door delivery service. Make sure you provide your address, full name, telephone number, and email address when sending your product.

  2. Cost estimate and repair
    We will contact you with an estimate of the repair cost and start the repair work upon receiving your acceptance of the quote.
  3. Return of the repaired product
    We will send the product back using Yamato Transport’s COD service.
