Peeling the husk and astringent skin of a chestnut with a knife can be difficult and dangerous. This chestnut peeler makes the job as easy as peeling an apple. SUWADA’s original idea of holding the chestnut with a notched blade and peeling the husk and skin with the other blade has made this possible.
Ginnan Bozu Ginkgo Cracker
The ginkgo cracker makes removing the husk of a ginkgo an easy job. The size of the cracker can be adjusted thanks to the attached wrench, so the husk of a ginkgo of any size can be cracked without crushing the ginkgo itself.
